BLIGHT is a science fiction horror novelette of around 13,000 words. Gabriela Nuñes, head of security on a remote research base, is sent to find out why the scientists in the underground labs keep getting hurt. What she uncovers is no accident, and by the time she understands it, it’s too late for her. But maybe not for everyone else. It’s the prequel to my debut novel REMISSION, but it stands completely on its own. No need to have read the book.
